What time does my designer work?
Your designer will work M-F from 9A-5P EST. Please note that your designer will also work for other clients simultaneously.
How many designs can I get in a day?
For simple projects, expect an average turnaround time of 24 hours or less. For more complex projects, this can vary. For example, a full sublimated jersey design can take up to 2 days to be completed due to the complexity of the task.
How many design requests can I create?
As many as you want. Your designer will work their way through your projects each business day in the priority that you set. Crewfitly prides themself on fast turnarounds (average of less than 1-day) and professional quality designs.
Who owns the creative work?
You Do! All work is customized for your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment we deliver them to you for production. Crewfitly will send you JPG, PNG, and PDF formats. We will also send you the Adobe Files of your design.
