Q. What is the turnaround time for orders?
A. Production turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks from the time we receive payment or a school-based PO. Rush requests possible based on per-order approval.
Q. What if something is wrong with my order?
A. Give us a call and we will work through any situation as quickly as possible.
Q. How do I begin my order?
A. Simply fill out one of our CONTACT FORMS, and a sales representative will contact you within 24 hours.
Q. How do I provide my logo or design for customization?
A. You will work closely with one of our Sales Representatives to finalize whatever design you want! You can email us or text us your team's logo and other specific details.
Q. Do you offer Online Spirit Stores?
A. Yes we do!
Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. 10 pieces for new orders, and 5 pieces for add on orders. Other small add-ons can be approved by request.

Jerseys don’t count

- Same with pants and hats if they are in mandatory packages for the team uniforms
- Stock socks and belts don’t count towards total
